AUDIOCONFERENCE OVERVIEW

WHAT IS AN AUDIOCONFERENCE?
It is a live event that includes an interactive question and answer period, and access for an unlimited number of participants at each call-in site. However, only one site can be offered per registration. It is impermissible for an organization to purchase one registration and to operate multiple sites through an internal telephone system. During the live Audioconference participants will be able to ask questions and make comments. The Audioconference faculty has agreed to take follow-up questions via email.

WHO SHOULD LISTEN:
These courses are useful for all stakeholders involved in the process of EHR acquisition, implementation and operations, and HIE formation, management, and use, including physicians, nurses and other clinicians; health plan provider network relations managers and strategic planners; HIT administrators and project managers; IT staff, database planners and maintainers; and others who may be engaged in policy formulation, financing, or standards setting. Policymakers and public health officials at the state and federal level will find the program useful as they develop and roll-out their programs in support of EHR, HIE and a nationwide health information network.
